Williams-Keepers LLC is a regional certified public accounting and business consulting firm with offices in Jefferson City and Columbia. With 13 members and approximately 85 associates and a recorded history that dates back to 1923, we are the largest business consulting firm in Central Missouri.
We built our practice on traditional audit, accounting and tax services, but we have much more to offer our clients. We provide estate planning, employee benefit consulting, business valuations, litigation support, cost segregation studies and numerous other services.
WK serves the needs of clients in a variety of industries, including financial institutions, real estate developers, construction companies, healthcare organizations, governments, agribusinesses, not-for-profit organizations, higher education institutions and family businesses.

About John Weaver
John has worked in public accounting since 2000 and joined Williams-Keepers LLC in 2002. He specializes in tax and business advisory services for individuals and business entities of many structures. In addition, John provides a variety of services targeted to business owners, including start-up consultations, tax planning, accounting system consultation and attest services. He is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and leader of WK’s AccountAble program, which offers custom accounting solutions for the firm’s clients.
John earned an associate of science degree in accounting from Moberly Area Community College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting and management from Columbia College. He frequently attends continuing professional education courses related to specialized taxation, planning and consulting services.
In 2005, John completed study in the Williams-Keepers Leadership Academy, a program designed to develop leadership skills among WK’s associates. John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
